b. Offer the sample for you to test.
c. The sample approved and confirms order.
d. Arrange advance payment and begin to mass production.
e. Finish production and arrange balance payment.
f. Delivery.

This depends on the products. Generally, 3-5days for samples and 15-30days for bulk order,if special situation will be based on discussion with each other.

We can offer some product free sample but you have to pay the freight. You can give us your courier account information (DHL, TNT, FedEx, UPS, etc.),if you don’t have a Express account, you can tell us your agent in China and we send the sample to them or you can call a courier service to collect the samples from us.
For customized product, we will not offer free sample but accept sample order. We always suggest new customers to buy samples to test the quality, as it is important to know the product quality clearly before you buy large quantity.
